FOUR Boyfriends Story~


Once upon a time there was a girl who had four boyfriends.

She loved the fourth boyfriend the most and adorned him with rich robes and treated him to the finest of delicacies. She gave him nothing but the best.

She also loved the third boyfriend very much and was always showing him off to neighboring kingdoms. However, she feared that one day he would leave her for another.

She also loved her second boyfriend. He was her confidant and was always kind, considerate and patient with her. Whenever this girl faced a problem, she could confide in him, and he would help her get through the difficult times.

The girl's first boyfriend was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining her wealth and kingdom. However, she did not love the first boyfriend Although he loved her deeply, she hardly took notice of him!

One day, the girl fell ill and she knew her time was short. She thought of her luxurious life and wondered, 'I now have four boyfriends with me, but when I die, will I be alone?'

Thus, she asked the fourth boyfriend, 'I loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?
'No way!', replied the fourth boyfriend, and he walked away without another word.

His answer cut like a sharp knife right into her heart.

The sad girl then asked the third boyfriend, 'I loved you all my life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?' 'No!', replied the third boyfriend. 'Life is too good! When you die, I'm going to marry someone else!' Her heart sank and turned cold.

She then asked the second boyfriend, 'I have always turned to you for help and you've always been there for me. When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?'

'I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!', replied the second boyfriend. 'At the very most, I can only walk with you to your grave.'
His answer struck her like a bolt of lightning, and the girl was devastated.

Then a voice called out: 'I'll go with you. I'll follow you no matter where you go.' The girl looked up, and there was her first boyfriend. He was very skinny as he suffered from malnutrition and neglect.

Greatly grieved, the girl said, 'I should have taken much better care of you when I had the chance!'

In truth, you have four boyfriends in your lives:

Your fourth boyfriend is your body. No matter how much time and effort you lavish in making it look good, it will leave you when you die.

Your third boyfriend is your possessions, status and wealth.When you die, it will all go to others.

Your second boyfriend is your family and friends. No matter how much they have been there for you, the furtherest they can stay by you is up to the grave.

And your first boyfriend is your soul. Often neglected in pursuit of wealth, power and pleasures of the world

However, your soul is the only thing that will follow you wherever you go. Cultivate, strengthen and cherish it now, for it is the only part of you that will follow you to the throne of God and continue with you throughout Eternity. In essence, it's the REAL you......

60 uses of salt~

Although you may not realize it, simple table salt has a great number of uses other than simply seasoning your food. The following list will give you sixty uses of salt, many of which you probably didn't realize:

1. Soak stained hankies in salt water before washing.
2. Sprinkle salt on your shelves to keep ants away..
3. Soak fish in salt water before descaling; the scales will come off easier.
4. Put a few grains of rice in your salt shaker for easier pouring.
5. Add salt to green salads to prevent wilting..
6. Test the freshness of eggs in a cup of salt water; fresh eggs sink; bad ones float.
7. Add a little salt to your boiling water when cooking eggs; a cracked egg will stay in its shell this way.
8. A tiny pinch of salt with egg whites makes them beat up fluffier..
9. Soak wrinkled apples in a mildly salted water solution to perk them up.
10. Rub salt on your pancake griddle and your flapjacks won't stick.

Fw: Fwd: FW: Urgent! Peringatan kepada Pelancong-Pelancong ke Thailand

Kepada kita yang suka melancong ke luar negara, satu peringatan.
I would like to relate to you all an incidence quite recent, i.e. about two weeks ago.

After my daughter's wedding in early February, I had gone to Shanghai (saja nak enjoy lepas penat menguruskan perkahwinan) and my cousin went to Bangkok with his wife and brother in-law. Dia orang ni pun penat juga menolong buat hantaran dsb.

Nak dijadikan cerita, waktu nak pulang ke KL menaiki Air Asia, my cousin dan isterinya berbelanja di Duty Free Shop di airport. Mereka membeli chocolates untuk cucu-cucu dan rokok untuk dirinya sendiri. Mereka telah diberitahu bahawa pembelian chocolate mereka ada free gifts berupa chocolate juga. Semuanya ini mereka letak di counter bayaran.

Waktu hendak membuat bayaran, mereka ternampak ada sebungkus rokok diletak di atas 1 karton rokok yang diletak di casher, berupa rokok dari brand yang sama. My cousin telah membayar kesemua chocolates dan 1 karton rokok tersebut dan meletakkan ke dalam beg untuk di bawa keluar, tanpa memperdulikan sebungkus rokok yang terletak di atas karton rokok beliau.

Nak dijadikan cerita, isterinya menunjukkan kepada rokok yang sebungkus itu yang sangkanya diberi percuma. My cousin terus mengambil sebungkus rokok tersebut dan berlalu untuk ke dewan berlepas (departure hall).

Sewaktu di Dewan Berlepas, beliau telah didatangi oleh seorang sekuriti dan bertanya kepadanya sama ada my cousin ada membeli rokok. Dengan ikhlas my cousin telah menunjukkan chocolate dan rokok yang dibelinya di Duty Free Shop tadi..... bersama dengan rokok sebungkus yang disangkanya diberi percuma.

Sekuriti menuduhnya mencuri rokok tersebut dan mahu membawanya ke balai polis untuk didakwa. My cousin offered to pay for the cigarettes kerana salah faham beliau. Tetapi pihak sekuriti nenolak dan masih berkeras untuk membawanya ke balai polis. Manakala isteri my cousin disuruh pergi menaiki kapal terbang. Isteri my cousin tidak mahu meninggalkan suaminya di sana dan berkeras untuk ikut sama ke balai polis.

Di Balai Polis (yang terletak di kawasan lapangan terbang itu juga) my cousin telah diminta membayar ganti rugi sebanyak RM30,000 jika mahu dilepaskan. Kalau tidak beliau akan ditahan sehingga wang tersebut dibayar.. Oleh kerana mereka tidak mempunyai wang sebanyak itu, my cousin telah dimasukkan ke lock-up di situ disamping ramai lagi tourists yang mendapat nasib yang sama. Manakala isterinya menumpang di rumah salah seorang kenalan mereka di Bangkok. Bersama beliau di lock up itu ada seorang tourist dari India telah berada di lock up itu lebih sebulan lamanya kerana keluarganya belum dapat mengumpul wang sebanyak US$70,000 kerana beliau dituduh mencuri pen (padahal tourist tersebut mengambil pen tersebut untuk membuat pembayaran di kaunter. Waktu mencari kaunter pembayaran, beliau terkeluar sedikit dari kawasan kedai tersebut, terus ditangkap dan didakwa mencuri!)

Sewaktu my cousin ditahan di balai polis tersebut, adik iparnya yang menaiki MAS tidak mengetahui kisah yang berlaku kepada abang iparnya. My cousin's wife menghantar SMS kepada adiknya menyatakan kisah yang terjadi kepada mereka. Tetapi oleh kerana adik ipar ini telah memasuki pesawat, beliau tidak boleh keluar lagi. Setiba beliau di KL, beliau berpatah balik ke Bangkok dengan menaiki pesawat MAS juga. Disamping itu keluarga my cousin di KL telah cuba menghubungi Kedutaan Malaysia di Bangkok dan beberapa kenamaan yang lain. Pihak polis Bangkok tidak memperdulikan semua rayuan yang dibuat baik oleh Menteri-Menteri di Malaysia maupun pihak Kedutaan kita di Bangkok.

Keesokkan harinya setibanya adik ipar my cousin ini dengan pesawat MAS dari Kuala Lumpur, beliau terus saja ke lock up untuk melepaskan abang iparnya. Dari RM30,000 telah diturunkan ke RM20,000.... . tapi adik ipar my cousin ini tidak punya wang sebanyak itu. Beliau hanya ada RM11,000. Maka setelah beberapa lama berbincang, akhirnya pihak polis bersetuju dengan pembayaran sebanyak RM11,000. Belum pun sempat my cousin keluar dari balai tersebut, polis-polis ini telah membahagi-bahagikan wang tersebut sesama mereka dengan bangganya. Mereka juga menunjukkan wang-wang yang diperolehi yang terdiri dari matawang asing dan mereka sedikit pun tidak menunjukkan rasa bersalah dengan rasuah yang diperolehi itu.

Keesokkan harinya my cousin telah dibawa ke mahkamah (pesalah hanya berjumpa majestret melalui tingkap saja). My cousin telah disuruh mengaku salah dan didenda sebanyak 2000 baht (what happened to the RM11,000? Tak disebut pun). Nasib baik my cousin teringat kisah tourist yang didakwa bersama beliau yang keluar tanpa meminta surat dari pihak berwajib tentang penahanan beliau, lalu ditahan kedua kalinya sewaktu mahu pulang di airport Bangkok. My cousin meminta mereka mengeluarkan surat menyatakan kes beliau telah selesai dan beliau dibenarkan pulang.

Sewaktu mahu membeli tiket kapal terbang pulang (tiket ini diuruskan oleh pihak imigresyen Bangkok) beliau telah diberitahu bahawa semua tiket Air Asia telah habis terjual. Yang ada cuma tiket MAS yang ternyata lebih mahal. Oleh kerana my cousin tidak punyai wang yang banyak, beliau mau menggunakan kad kredit untuk membeli tiket MAS. Yang peliknya bila my cousin kata nak bayar tunai tiket air asia, tiba-tiba saja pegawai ni kata ada tiket lagi dengan air asia (nampaknya semua peringkat yang mengambil kesempatan).

Pihak imigresyen Bangkok telah mengecop Pasport my cousin dan isteri beliau sebagai 'Thief'! Bukan itu saja, my cousin telah digari untuk di bawa ke pesawat. Setiba di pesawat pasport beliau telah diserahkan kepada pihak Air Asia dan apabila sampai di KL pihak imigresyen KL diminta mengiring my cousin ke pejabat imigresyen di Lapangan LCCT. Waktu di pejabat tersebut my cousin telah diberitahu bahawa kejadian ini setiap harinya terjadi kepada rakyat kita tapi yang peliknya kenapa perkara ini masih dirahsiakan dari kita semua? Pihak kedutaan kita pun menyatakan perkara yang sama...... dan menasihatkan my cousin supaya memberitahu keluarga dan sahabat handai untuk tidak ke Thailand dalam waktu yang terdekat ini sehingga keadaan politik di negara tersebut kembali stabil.

Earth Hour - Are you ready?

What is it?

Earth hour is globally program which involved people in different countries, race and background all over the world to take part in supporting the government policies to take action against global warming. How you do it? It's simple - just switched OFF lights for one hour no matter where you are to show your support to Earth Hour.

Who is behind this programe?? Objectives (bukan suka2 jer suruh padam lampu!)

WWF (World Wildlife Fund) is the largest multinational conservation organization in the world create this "Earth Hour" program to voice out global warming issues to the world leaders at Global Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen 2009. This meeting is important where people of the world have chances to make their voice heard - to establish an official government policies to take action against global warming as replacement of Kyoto Protocol.

Some history facts:
It's not a new thing, instead, Earth Hour began in Sydney in 2007. About 2.2 million people involves by switching off their lights for one hour. In 2008 the number increase to 50 million people switching off their lights and this time it involves people all around the world!


WWF are targeting 1 billion people will join this program. It's symbolized as an election either you choose vote for earth by switching OFF the lights OR you can rather let global warming happens without action. Every single vote count....which one do you choose? Remember we have only one place to live which is earth.

Sushi anyone?? One story with thousand speculation...

I've received an email about this "story-told-to-be-true" about shushi....

Claim: photo of intersection of 80 years old man who died after parasite infestion due to eating sushi (I altered the photo to a smaller size version since I was sooo damn 'geli'):

Subject: FW: Sushi worms to sushi lovers........

This is a true case of a japanese man from Gifu Prefecture who complains incessantly about a persistent headache. Mr. Shota Fujiwara loves his sashimi and sushi very much to the extent of trying to get them as "alive and fresh" as can be for his insatiable appetite.

He developes a severe headache for the past 3 years and has put it off as migraine and stress from work. It was only when he started losing his psycomotor skills that he seeks medical help. A brain scan and x-ray reveals little however. But upon closer inspection by a specialist on his scalp, the doctor noticed small movements beneath his skin. It was then that the doctor did a local anaesthetic to his scalp and discovered the cause when tiny worms crawled out. A major surgery was thus immediately called for and the extent of the infestation was horrific. See the attached pictures to the scene that one thought only a movie could produced.:

Remember, tapeworms and roundworms and their eggs which abounds in all fishes fresh or saltwater can only be killed by thorough cooking and/or freezing the fish to between 4 degC - 0 degsC. The eggs of these parasites can only be killed if it is cooked or frozen to the said temperatures for a week or more. Think twice about that raw dish next time... or you might get a headache

The speculation:

1. Anatomical landmarks as shown in the photo of dissected human brain are absent -thus some say it's a fake photo. Medical expert has speculated that the if the photos is real, it's not due to parasite infestion instead it's because an extremely serious case of scalp cancer, not a "brain infection."

2. It's told that the photographs in question were indeed taken at Stanford University Hospital, where the cancer patient was brought by ambulance after a minor traffic accident (note that he did not "walk in," complaining of feeling "a little wobbly on his feet," as the email alleges).

3. Some facts from medical expects; evidently, maggots can infest the human brain, and so can certain types of tapeworm larvae. However, these conditions are fairly rare, and -- in spite there is no indication that these particular parasites can migrate to other organs, such as the brain.
"In contrast, pork tapeworm, which is causing a much more serious array of symptoms as their larvae can be found in brain however, the larvae is embedded and in cyst form in neural tissue. Definitely they can't crawling freely in your brain like shown in the photo."

Please ignore the speculation and focus on the 'real' thing we are now facing;

1. Anisakiasis is a parasitic disease due to Anisakis simplex round worm which can be found from eating raw and uncook food such as sashimi, sushi, and ceviche. Anisakiasis can mimic other diseases, such as acute appendicitis, stomach tumors, and inflammatory bowel disease;

Symptoms: - acute syndrome with nausea and vomiting
- abdominal pain or diarrhea (within 12 hours of eating infected seafood)


2. Mercury level accumulated in ocean fish have been so much concerned nowdays. Known as a dangerous neurotoxin that could damage critical organs of the central nervous and cardiovascular systems.

One of the published reported mercury levels (Mercury tests on 94 fish samples collected by Oceana staff and volunteers from sushi bars and grocery stores from cities across the country) as below:

You might been suprised by some of the findings:

-Mercury levels in fresh tuna is much more higher than FDA recommends.

-Same goes to the King mackerel (FDA’s “Do Not Eat” list). and swordfish which a fish that FDA recommends that sensitive population should avoid.

- One-third of sushi tuna samples exceeded the FDA “action level”;

"The highest sushi tuna sample had a mercury content of 2.2 ppm, more than
twice the FDA action level, and one in three samples tested above that

What we can do? The FDA advice on mercury can be summarized in a brief message:

"Women of childbearing age and young children can eat up to 12 ounces of seafood per week, but should not eat swordfish, tilefish, king mackerel or shark. They should also limit consumption of albacore tuna and tuna steaks to six ounces a week or less".

Low mercury good options ---> tilapia and Mackerel or “Saba”.


3. Another cons' is if the sushi contaminate with organic pollutants such as Dioxins and PCBs (Polychlorinated biphenyls). They are carcinogens and endocrine disruptor which can cause developmental and immune problems (scary huh?)

This all is the product of industrial pollutants. The worst part is they accumulate in the fatty flesh of fishes (part of the fish which is tasty to eat!).


Despite all the cons of eating sushi, as a sushi lover (yes I am!), sushi rich of omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) that have so many health benefits reduce the risk of heart disease, increase babies IQ (click here for more detail from research), slow down Alzhemer's disease and other stuff.

Is it worth it?
I'm not fools with dubious scare-tactic interpretations of actual facts that people out there trying to do. Just maybe I'll choose which sushi I want to eat.

Spokesperson for Maybeline history

Back in years early 2000... Siti Nurhaliza had been appointed as Maybaline ambassador...
'Young and talented' two words for her at that time...she's young, pretty and famous with her career as a singer

Despite her controversy gossips (in tv, in magazine, told by joyah sebelah rumah) her actress career shine since she has pretty face (kata makcik joyah sebelah rumah)..

In 2009, Liyana Jasmay is the new Malaysian spokesperson for Maybelline New York! Her career as an actress began to get spotlight from media lately. She had been staring in a several of movies such as Syaitan, Kami, Histeria, Castello and Maut. The City of Yes and the City of No

His name is Yevgeny Yevtushenko from Russia, the man who holds tens of thousands spellbound when he reads his poems. Today, I would like to share his poems with you, my dearest reader. It's one of my favourite poem:

I am like a train
rushing for many years now
between the city of Yes
and the city of No.
My nerves are strained like wires
between the city of No
and the city of Yes.

Everything is deadly,
everyone frightened, in the city of No.
It’s like a study furnished with dejection.
In it every object is frowning, withholding something,
and every portrait looks out suspiciously,
Every morning its parquet floors are polished with bile,
its sofas are made of falsehood, its walls of misfortune.
You’ll get lots of good advice in it -- like hell you will!--
not a bunch of flowers, or even a greeting.
Typewriters are chattering a carbon copy answer:
"No--no--no…No--no--no. No--no--no."
And when the lights go out altogether,
the ghosts in it begin their gloomy ballet.
You’ll get a ticket to leave –- like hell you will!--
to leave the black town of No.

But in the town of Yes--
life’s like the song of a thrush.

women's world is pink!

Let say if this world, women were in charge:

1. There will be a lot of shoes... shoes...shoes...and MORE SHOES!!!

2. A beautiful bowling lane... decorate with flowers and curtain and pink lane!!!

3. First footstep on the moon: Is it a stiletto?

4. Pink covered all politics' world

5. A special map for women~

Well all above is a joke but after a deep thinking I think it's a common scene which is happens around us. But despite all those stereotype judgment men towards women like (clumsy in driving, love pretty, sweet things and pinky stuff, prefer something details, fussy and all you can named it),
women are unique creatures (we are unique...and 'comel' too!) create by god to accompany men in this world & to be love.

Without we, as a women, your world is incomplete, I'm I right men?

buah nenas pun nak glamer jugak

AL-kisah Si Nenas.... Ya nenas laa! takkan itu pun kamu tak kenal...ala yang yang ada banyak hidung tu lepas tu ada daun2 ala2 punk di kepala. Bentuk nenas pun bukan lah bulat sangat.
Ohhh ya! cerita si nenas pula..

Walaupun tidak se'glamer' buah pear (kerana buah pear diimport dari luar negara), tapi nenas ada banyak khasiat.

Psstt..... ingin petua tak??

Nak kurus? Saya jumpa petua ni dari laman web indonesia...

1. Petuanya:
Kupas 1 buah nanas yang tidak terlalu matang dan blend kan ia sampai jadik jus.
Tapis dengan kain bersih dan dimunum sekali gus (minum semua yer..tak bleh minum setengah2). Lakukan 2 kali sehari.

2. Nenas juga boleh merawat masalah kecacingan dan sembelit pada kanak2....
Cara nya sama seperti di atas cuma bukan minum sekali gus tapi sikit2.

3. Nenas juga boleh merawat radangan di kulit (dermatitis)
Sediakan separuh nenas yang matang. Kupas kulitnya, lalu parut. Hasil parutannya dipakai untuk menggosok kulit yang bersisik dan mengelupas, baik di kulit kepala atau bagian lain dari tubuh. Lakukan sekali sehari, malam sebelum tidur. Keesokan paginya baru dicuci bersih. Lakukan setiap hari.

*Ibu mengandung tak boleh minum jus nenas muda (nanti keguguran)
*orang diabetis (kencing manis) juga patut mengurangkan makan nanas sebab nanas ada kandungan gula yang sangat tinggi

P/S: Nenas lagi glamer kan?

Buah pear jugak yang glamer....

AL-kisah, semua buah2 seperti nenas, limau dan strawberri bertukar bentuk pear merasa sangat sedih kecuali buah pear sebab bentuk dia memang macam tu.
Anda pulak bagaimana?
adakah anda tergolong dalam buah pear atau buah nenas, limau dan strawberri? gembira kerana anda adalah diri anda atau sedih kerana anda terasa seperti bukan diri anda?

owh ya, lagi satu, mungkin ramai perempuan tak suka bentuk badan seperti pear tapi bentuk badan pear lebih baik daripada bentuk badan seperti pisang kan? hehehe....

p/s: Makan lah buah2 tempatan kita baik untuk kesihatan dan menjana pendapatan negara.... :D

Update Polyvore

Hi semua! Hari ini saya telah meng'update' profile Polyvore saya.
Kali ini, saya menggunakan tema "mysterious of white&blank". (macam gothic punya style ajer kali ini)..saya buat ni ketika boring dan sedang berangan2 masuk ke dunia orang lain yang lebih muda dan remaja dari saya (yer, saya dah tua--> rujuk kepada IC bukan muka yer)...hehehe.... (kuat berangan betul kan?).

Pakaian ini sesuai untuk gadis yang chicky-chicky funky gitu.... haa...

It's fun website which you can play pick and match items (it's real items plus it's branded). So you don't have to wandering around at the supermarket too long in order to look for items which capture your heart. Just click the items according to their classification (i.e. shoes, accessories, jacket bla bla)...

Ok I choose pink colour as I want to suit with the theme which is "pink is fun"..hahaha...

Adakah anda keliru?

Ada bermacam2 jenis keliru...

1- Ada keliru bila start berpikir macam Einstein (maybe teori kuantum ke-2 ker?). Atau pun berfikir sampai saraf otak tersumbat...bahaya tuuu....

2. Ada pulak tu keliru pasal cintan cintun (ala2 lela majnun).... pecah jugak otak kalau asyik pikir pasal orang lain jer...

3. Keliru sampaikan tak tahu jalan mana yang perlu dipilih. Biasa la dalam kehidupan banyak option kan...Jalan kiri ker kanan ker...kadang2 membuat keputusan adalah sesuatu yang sukar... selalu jer macam "betul ker aku buat nih?", "ape ke hal aku buat ni?"

4. Keliru dalam petuturan. Keliru jenis nih seperti tidak tahu apa yang patut dicakapkan dalam situasi yang sukar. Contohnya, kamu baru sahaja menjahanamkan kereta kesayangan kawan kamu secara tidak sengaja... haa... nak cakap apa eh? waktu2 seperti ni ayat2 tidak difahami selalu terpacul dari mulut seperti "errr..... eh.... aaaaa......."

5. Paling teruk adalah keliru segala-galanya. Keliru nak pakai baju apa, keliru nak pergi sekolah, keliru sampaikan orang panggil "mr confuse"...

Oh ya... kenapa saya memblog pasal tajuk ini? Senang sahaja...seperti yang anda semua maklum (eleh macam aku famous sgt :p) saya akan di interview nanti... jadi kawan saya telah memberi nasihat yang berguna sebelum saya pergi interview. Ayat beliau adalah seperti di bawah ini:-
